Over the last week or so Bouncer has had a mad growth spurt. He has got realy lanky legs, big feet (well he always had those) & his ears have got huge.

So basicly he is all Ears, legs & feet at the moment, is this normal?

oh & his eyes are turning a nice brown colour which looks cool with his pure black coat.

Not that I'm an expert but from what I have been reading they grow up before out.

Yes, definitely normal, the rest of him will catch up in a couple of weeks and he will look more in proportion :)

BTW he is not tied to that blue pole (my kids swing), I think he justs likes to lean casualy against stuff while having his photo taken.

Sounds about right and what a handsome puppy he is. Lemmy looks bit like a drag race car at moment as his back legs are longer than front and his feet are huge gangly is word I'd use bless em x

Very handsome boy :) and yes, it's normal to go through stages where they are gangly, then a bit prodigy, then all of a sudden they will be gangly again :)

My two have done the same, very leggy now, Bouncer looks a lot like my Jack They're 20 weeks now, like a body of solid muscle with long legs, and they can now reach the kitchen work tops with ease thought it would take a bit longer than this. They also have a taste for the outside world after pushing through our privet hedge into next doors garden. Now they systematically work their way round the garden tapping the hedge with their snouts to find any weaker, less dense areas! Like voloceraptors from Jurassic park!

Def a case if double trouble lol

He looks scrumptious,he's looking like Dexter did at one point, all body and legs and a small head and then suddenly they look at you one day and you see this big boy head and face and you think ' Wheres my puppy gone ?'

    o, he's a beauty!!!!

i echo what everyone else has said... they do grow "up" till about a year, then they put on weight/muscle till around 2 years, or so my vet says. so, i guess it's up for a year, and out for a year! ;D

my orion went through a very similar phase, and then suddenly i looked at him one day and he was all grown-looking (not behaving, though... haha).... so it does happen, and all too quickly.

sweet hugs to bouncer from us!
