Re: chicken and rice recipe? For ease I get those 'microwave rice in a bag', just be carefull which one you get as there's lots of 'spicey' ones. I get the plain brown basmati one which has nothing extra in it.
Re: chicken and rice recipe? I am lazy. I cook the rice and chicken in the same pot. A cup of rice, small chicken breast, enough water to cover and cook until the rice is pretty soft, topping up with extra water from the kettle. No salt of course. I usually let it sit for a while in extra water with the lid on so it cools and goes a bit mushy.
