I'm not sure whether to be worried about this or not, but Willow has a few pimples near (about an inch from) her bits. They are small and look like normal pimples, with a little white head. They're not oozing; one scabbed over and healed up and is no longer visible, but there's a couple more today. She doesn't seem bothered by them, they're not sore, itchy or inflamed and she's happy to have me touch them. I'm wondering if it's a bit of nappy rash? She has a bit of hair on her bits that is quite long and the wee runs down and stays wet - thinking it might just be this? I can get some photos if I can convince her to lay still long enough - or if I hijack her when she's sleeping upside down.

I was thinking of putting some savlon on it, but she'll probably just lick that off.

Ruby had one (sounds similar) in the middle of her belly which has also scabbed and now gone. We asked the vet last week when she was taken in for her 2nd injection and they said it was nothing to worry about.
No advice but that's our experience.

Don't use savlon ! Elsie had this she needed antibiotics for a few days and keep the area scrupulously clean.

Mira had a pimply rash there when she was wee. Didn't bother her and went away eventually. I would just keep an eye on it for changes, but otherwise wouldn't worry :)

It's actually changing quite quickly. In a good way - the pimples are getting smaller each time I look. I'll just keep an eye on it. Thanks for your advice :)

Our puppy Rosie had this when she was about 9 or 10 weeks. The vet said that sometimes it can be a change in environment and particularly in girls the area is very close to the floor when they wee and can be irritated by bits of grass etc. The vet wasn't concerned and the pimples went away on their own. Rosie is now 15 weeks and hasn't had any pimples since.

Sometimes it can be a staph infections and needs antibiotics to clear up - this is quite common. My mums dog had it but she just kept her clean they went away on their own after a week or so. I probably wouldn't put anything on it though as this could cause the dog to lick at it and could make it worse.

We had the same and my vet advised to wash the affected area with diluted Hibiscrub and then to put on some Sudacrem. As my pup grew the skin became less sensitive and we have had no problem since then.

I'm sure you've already checked but - are you sure they are not flea bites?

Definitely not flea bites, no. They've all but disappeared today so I'll just keep an eye out and see how things go.
