I woke up this morning sleeping on my back and found it difficult to breathe. I then noticed that Holly was lying across my chest, one her back, with her legs in the air and her head on the pillow. "Gerrroffff you dumb pup" I mumbled, trying not to wake my OH. My ever obedient dog half-opened her eyes, licked my cheek, and went back to sleep.

Labs. You've got to love them.

I was like "oh no! What's wrong with Holly!".

Surely you can sacrifice oxygen if it will benefit your pup? ;)

Ditto! And, yes, I think depriving your pup of ultimate comfort for a few breaths of air is just selfish.
