Our 4 month old puppy has not adjusted to the time change despite our best efforts! We've altered his mealtimes and his bedtime but he is consistently waking at 5.30am rather than the 6.30/7am start we had before the clock change. I've been ignoring him until 6am but I'm obviously awake and listening to him whining and barking and I'm tired!! Any advice?

    Tatze was last year.

I made sure she was fed at the same time (7am) and she eventually adjusted.

It took a week or two.

I wish they would leave the clocks alone!

Yes it has thrown Harley :( she settles down at night around 9pm now, but is full of life by 8.30am (she used to sleep until 10/11am if I was off work!)

8.30am sounds like bliss! I'd happily accept 6am at the moment! Thank you for your replies, hopefully we'll see an improvement in the next week or so!

No problems at all for us, we just kept to the new times and Jack & Barney have both been fine. I think I got up early in the Sunday just in case but since then it's like normal.
