    Evening Everyone,

It's our little Ozzies 1st Christmas, well I say little but he is nearly 9 months old, and he is no little dog, he's very tall and strong!

I was just wondering who else is having their 1st christmas and if anyone is getting their puppy a present, and if so what are you getting?

I have struggled to get him a christmas jumper - not just because my OH will kill me for it, but because he is so tall and long I can't get one to fit :) but every year we have a family photo with our xmas jumpers on, so he needs one, I've just measured his back for size guide and its 25 inches from his shoulders to the base of his tail!

This is my beautiful boy today with my very tall 2 year old nephew :)

He is a tall boy and so very handsome ;D Maybe you could find a Christmas jumper in a charity shop and cut it to fit?

First Christmas for us here too :) We will probably get Bob a few new chew toys and some treats he's pretty much demolished the ones he's got now and I don't want him starting on my son's toys. He will have a decent sized bone on Xmas and Boxing Day as well so that we can relax and enjoy a longish lunch. I got Bob a nice squishy bed the other day but he'll get that when it arrives as I can't wait to give it to him, basically lol!

We will be giving him a bone or two over the festive period, as we are at my brothers and sister in laws for xmas day with the rest of family, so 3 children aged 4 and two at 2, so there will be lots of toys scattered around and plenty of food, and our little man has a bit of a sensitive stomach so we have to watch what people are feeding him - let the games begin. :)

Thank you - we think he is very handsome too, but he is a very tall boy and i'm assured he is still growing and has a fair bit of growing left in him yet! - He'll be needing a new bed soon enough he's already out growing it..... Yes it is an XL!!

That's a lovey pic of Ozzie and your nephew hope you all enjoy your first Christmas.
It was ours last year with dexter at 15 months ,I made a big pile of pass the parcel type parcels for him with bits of kibble ,toys and card board in all the layers as part of his entertainment program for the day.its a challenge for sure as it's the day of the year when the house is an absolute explosion of temptations and hazards to a Labrador......

That could be Rolo. He has the same bed (In white!) and gets into the very same position.

C ooper's first Christmas, too! No apparel for him....but yes a red and green festive collar, new red leash and, for Christmas Day, new Nylabones and two new big Kongs.
Had bought him a huge soft fluffy bed a couple of months ago but he just tries to chew and destroy it so keep putting it away for "later" but wonder if "later" will ever come!
    MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

This is our 2nd Xmas. Harley was only 4 months old last Xmas and left the tree alone.....our tree is going up this year so we will see how long it lasts ::)
Harley has a Lambie, a new blanket, some treats, some doggy Yule logs, a new dummy and her new towel / dressing gown which she got early as it's so cold and we don't want her getting 'cold tail' again :)

This is Chepi's first Christmas; she doesn't need a bed as she has her crate at night and 75% of my sofa the rest of the time! I took her to Pets At Home today to choose a Christmas toy but we had to choose quickly as 6 youths were running amuck with staff shouting and chasing. Anyway, I got her a hastily chosen chew toy which she already has! She just needs chewy stuff to keep her occupied during human present opening. Amazon I think. :)

Ozzie and Bella - those pictures are hysterical!! This is Zac's first Christmas and are holding off on "real" bed for this exact reason.

He has a stocking and it will be filled with lots of Nylabones!!!

A Lambie is a stuffed toy which is a lamb......lots of others on the forum have them and Harley went nuts when she found one in a shop - I think the Lambie network was talking to her ::) (dint worry, we are all a bit mad on here......well, some of us ;) )
