Re: back from the vets Thats great news Lynne, so pleased for you I think we all worry about our pups , worry about doing the right thing, but for a first time owner like yourself, it can be very daunting, bit like the first baby and then when you get to baby number three , you dont worry so much .It sounds like you are doing a grand job with your big lad, well done ;D
Re: back from the vets thank you kate, you did say from day one, he would be a big boy like sam....think he will be an only child
Re: back from the vets Thats great Lynne! Wow! What a big boy Its alwaysa relief when the vet is able to reassure you everything is normal. 8)
Re: back from the vets good news glad little, or not so little, jasper is ok. crikey he is going to b a lovely big strong boy
Re: back from the vets Good news Lynne, and well done for the great work you are doing with lovely Jasper.
Re: back from the vets thank you all......i do try my best...i have been worried about him......now i need to concentrate on his training, got to have a well mannered. well behaved dog, the size he is going to be ......if i don't nip the pulling in the bud now, he will be dragging me down the street can just picture it
Re: back from the vets Lynne, I feel your pain on the size issue....on the positive side knowing that my dog is going to be a biggie ( going to be? Already is!!) is making me extra committed to train things like the no pulling on the leash. Simba actually is pretty good about that even without training, thank the good Lord! But I do want to do some formal training on it to cement it. Lots to work on but one step at a time, right? Wouldn't it be fun to be able to get all our dogs together to say hello in person??? I'm sure Jasper and Simba could have a wonderful romp! ;D
Re: back from the vets Great news, Lynne! You are taking great care of him. If he is going to be big, that just means more to cuddle ;D
