After Willow and Shadow were playing tug with an old sock of mine, we noticed blood on Shadow's shoulder. After some inspection, it appears he's lost his first tooth! Not found the tooth yet, but I'm sure it will eventually embed itself in my besocked foot! :D

My little man is growing up! *wail*

Haha we have had a few teeth falling out this week too. We had a similar situation where Inca had been playing with her springer spaniel friend when we noticed blood on him. We guessed that was what it had been but I've since found 3 teeth that she's lost. They are pretty gruesome looking I have to say!

I've noticed Sara's new canines coming in beside the old ones and pushing them out of the way first. ( for twice the bite)

If anyone needs their drive clearing of snow, I can recommend a teething pup (or two). Our terrace now doesn't have a spot left of the compressed snow/ice that OH hadn't shovelled off. Our living room floor is, however, a little damper than normal :-\

They're falling like flies with little Shadow now. New toy tonight, a rope with a ball at each end. Thirty seconds in, Willow abandoned it to chew on something small and more fun. I asked her to give it - she did, miracle of miracles, and it was half a back tooth! I then looked at the toy and it was covered in blood. Ew. Shadow didn't seem to mind at all, but I took it off him and gave it a good wash anyway. I've put a couple of carrots in the freezer for tomorrow, but he doesn't seem to be bothered in the slightest. I'm thinking his runny poos on and off the last few days could be down to the teething, too. Willow is showing no signs of it yet. Hopefully she'll be just as mellow :)

I tell you when they go they go quick! Inca's antler has become her chew of choice during this toothy period. I'm shoving it in the freezer when she's asleep to help. She doesn't seem to be hurting too much but occasionally I catch her chewing the antler and making little whimpering noises bless her. Slightly less cute is a bit of a relapse into crocopup but this is quite different to how she was a couple of months ago. There is less hanging off clothes and more of the occasional chomp when she has accidentally forgotten that I am not an antler :)

Bella has lost several of those tiny front teeth over the past 2 weeks...we've only seen/found 2 of them thus far...but we do a "how's your mouth" inspection each evening while on the sofa to check for loose ones! ::) She's less than impressed with the activity...but otherwise doesn't seem too bothered by it.
DH engages in as much tug play with her as possible right now... ::)

on Christmas day she adorably was missing 2 front teeth....if we hadn't been laughing so hard at the irony of the situation...we might have snapped a picture! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Aw, Shadow doesn't bite. Well, only little nibbles when you're rubbing his chest. He's not been a crocopup at all since we've had him. Unlike his sister, who definitely went through that phase for a while back there! :D
