The whites of Willow's eyes are SO white! I've noticed this in pictures of other blacks, too. When they have "crazy eyes" or that sweet, looking up, "butter wouldn't melt" face, it's really obvious how white they are. I'd never noticed this with Shadow, but assumed it was just down to the lower contrast with his coat. But, I just took a closer look, and his eyes are definitely not as white. In fact, it's almost like the brown "leaks" into the white, making it a kind of muddy colour. The vet's looked in both their eyes a few times and not mentioned it, so I assume it's perfectly normal!
Re: Whites of eyes As long as the Vet hasn't mentioned anything , I wouldn't worry about it . Sam, being black also has that really white look whereas Millie, being mainly white with some black and brown doesn't have the white look at all x
