Re: My dog knocked someone over today Good point about being insured. My dog, Lady, knocked my OH over and broke her leg badly to the extent she has a plate in her leg now. If it had been a stranger ..... Just an accident. Most of the time they miss your leg by several fractions of an inch. ;D
Re: My dog knocked someone over today I bend my knees in a position that looks like I'm skiing when I hear thunder paws behind me, this means dogs crashing into me don't knock me over even if they make contact (my friend says it actually looks like I'm having a wee - humph! : )
Re: My dog knocked someone over today I am always very vigilant when dogs are running around together. My daughter was wiped out once from Harley and a black lab, luckily she was only winded. I am very very cautious due to my neck problems - if things get too much I get Harley to come to me and ask the owner to grab their dog and explain about my neck. Accidents will happen unfortunately, especially as labs are big dogs!
