Swimming for fun?

    It's a bit of an artificial environment for Dex, really, pools and clean puddles - it's no good really. You might find when he is in the UK, and has more normal streams and rivers it's very different. Streams and rivers with mud, not sand. That probably makes a BIG labrador difference. :)

    He's never encountered any I've often wistfully wished for a muddy lab and love seeing the photos from everyone of them mucky and happy.....be careful what you wish for...I'll.be wailing next year when I can't tell he's yellow! I've also been known to say ' he doesn't roll' well that's definately going to come back and bite me isn't it!? X

    Homer will dive into water at any and every opportunity. We are staying in a holiday cottage with a pool and he's constantly in the water, we've tried to leave him for just a little bit too long so that he might begin to get worried that he can't get out but his will is stronger than mine and he knows I'll save him and pull him out so in he jumps again.
