Chepi had her boosters last week and she was given a new innoculation against Vial's disease that was supplied free from the pharmacutical (spelling?) company. Vial's disease is pretty nasty and can be caught through rats' urine and I think might be carried in watery places. People can catch it just from handling their dog. Just for your information.
It is what we know as Leptospirosis and there has been a new vaccine brought out, so that when the dogs go for their boosters, they come back four weeks later for another injection, I believe it is more effective against other strains of Lepto. You only have to have this two injections this time and not in the future.
