what can you give your puppy to stop teeth from hurting?

    is there anything i can give my 5 month old puppy to help her teething from hurting.

    Yes! Anything ice cold. Pongo LOVED raw lamb bones, frozen. One little bone would keep him happy for half an hour. Or frozen carrots. Or an ice-cube. I also tried soaking his favourite towel (his best toy) in really freezing water and he liked chewing on that, but it did get the floor a bit wet...

    As well as frozen carrots and ice cubes I bought some teething gel and put it on her chew toys. It helped a great deal. Rosewood Petstages also make some toys that you can pop in the freezer. They're good and she loved them it's just as she was so destructive they were a bit of a waste of money as they didn't last more than a couple of weeks.

    ok thanks they were hurting her for a couple days she didnt want to eat her dry dog food. Shes better now but i know shes teething pretty good they bleed alot.

    Thanks for the post, I was also looking for ideas as Ella's big molars are pushing through at the back. Gave her a frozen carrot today... Massive success! ☺
