Re the after ! Our Vet said short on lead walks for a few days , I think Sam was off lead ( but under control to prevent being too lively ) after a week . He didn't need a buster collar as he never bothered with the stitches which were dissolving ones , so no return visit needed . Sam was a little quiet for a day or two but then completely back to normal , no probs and no changes in character whatsoever, good luck .

When I had my boy done, some years ago now our vet advice was not to let him jump etc as he would be sore, shorter walks on lead and no rough play with other dogs but apart from that life as per normal. As with most things some are quieter for a few days and others seem to show no response to the surgery.

    Wishing you luck for Friday

When Cooper was "done" I was surprised at how quickly he got back to his normal self. He was wobbly when I picked him up at the vets...happy to see me.....and slept the rest of the day. I had bought the "cone" but never used it...kept an eye on him for a day or two but he never went to lick his stitches. You will be surprised at how quickly they bounce back. Tried to keep him from jumping and running around but that was a losing battle, so gave up and he was absolutely fine. Good luck and dont worry. Bruno will be absolutely fine.
