Has anyone else noticed ...

that the place where we would state our names, details of our dogs etc. on the bottom of a post has disappeared? Any ideas anyone as I really like to know who I am talking to? Thanks xx

I can still see that on my iPhone. Might be difference on other devices.... What are you both using to browse the forum?

 

I can see the tags on my mobile and my tablet with no problems. Strange

Are you talking about signatures? If so, all forum users from the old forum need to go in and re-enable them. New users get them by default. So, at the bottom of all of your posts, it says "Helen xxx", but you won't see tat, or anyone else's sigs unless you enable it.

To do that, click on your username at the top of the page, then go to User Settings. Then click Account and, about halfway down the page, you'll see "Conversation Detail Options". Make sure the "Show Signatures" checkbox is ticked and, if you want to change yours, click the "Edit Post Signature" link.

Ha! I did wonder how someone knew I was Barbara when as far as I could tell there was no signature on my post. All sorted now, thanks Fiona
