I'm having a rough time with Coco at the moment - he's excitable, impulsive and very difficult out on the lead around others. BUT, I have to say we are getting on famously with Total Recall. He was just in the garden, barking at voices over the wall - I pipped the whistle and he came hareing in, instantly. That just lifted my spirits right up.

Aw, glad to hear of your success. Coco will probably be starting to settle down a bit now, so his demeanour will be changing a bit as he gets more confident. Just take it slowly, slowly, as if he was a young puppy, and you'll get there in the end. Good luck, and here's to many more successes :)

That's really good news! :) It is a real challenge when they are so excitable, I have Blake our foster, around 18 months to 2years, it is very much like having a rather large puppy! :)
Was thinking, do you any local outdoor classes where you could take Coco?
