Oh my word! What a shock! How terrifying...my heart was racing reading through this..just takes a split second, and everything can go horribly wrong.. So glad it ended well, you must have been so relieved to see Simba being walked back by your vet friend
Yes, I could do speed dial but the first problem was the stupid security code thing. Once I got in, i was so flustered by trying to do that (and by imagining what the heck was happening as they went from the side roads into the main road!) that I just couldn't make it work. I don't think even speed dial would have worked at that point.
Nope, it's impossible - although the new iphone 6 has finger print recognition (I love it, though so far an amusing but useless feature.....). Nothing would do it but a big red button that you could hit and it would dial the exact person you need. And phones just don't come with that - yet.
I briefly thought of using Siri but I knew that would be hopeless as she is always really dense in understanding what I want when something is really urgent, resulting in more time being taken up than if I hadn't used her. I have an iPhone 5 so without the fingerprint thing....might have helped a bit, I suppose!
