Yer I don't think she would be a fan. My friends lending me a big rug and I'll probably need some mats for the tiles. Thanks

Sorry I didn't reply to my post sooner. Bob is doing OK.. although we had to stop the latest course of anti inflamms because he got a really upset stomach last week. I don't thinks he's limping as much although we do have a vets appointment tomorrow for a further check up. I'm so keen to get him back out again off lead, but know we mustn't rush. But fingers crossed we get some good news from the vets!

I did buy some boots but have been too nervous to try and get them on his feet. I let him have a sniff of them but he wanted to eat them so I know it's going to be a challenge!

Fingers crossed for the vet visit and the all clear for Bob. I expect the vet will also give some advice on building Bob's exercise back up o ensure everything stays healthy.

Exactly. We can't rush. He's been on restricted exercise for nearly 2 months!!! So tempting to just get out there with him but must be sensible...

I sympathise, I had Juno on restricted for the best part of a month over November/December last year and then her limping re-occurred in February s it was restricted exercise until after her op and then 3x3 minutes on a lead for 4 weeks and then very slowly increasing by a few minutes a week on one walk until we got a reasonable length of walk which was in June. Being firm with them when they want to run around like loons is hard particularly when you love to see them having so much fun, but it's worth it in the end - you have to be sensible for him :D
