I try to vary our walks as much as possible, good for me, good for them too . However , only on approaching one walking place does Sam start to " sing " :) I say sing, but in truth he is just making a very quiet whine in excited anticipation , he never does this when we near any other place, even the beach . This favourite , Golitha Falls near to us , was the very first place Sam went for a walk years ago , and also the first place we took Millie to after we adopted her . They both adore the mix of woods and the river Fowey , but its Sams enthusiasm which states that this is his favourite place, on earth :)

Juno doesn't seem to have a favourite place, she just loves going out in the car a walk. She makes me laugh though as when I open the boot, she pops up and looks out and around to check out where we are but her enthusiasm is about the same wherever we are. If I had to give a favourite it would be a section of the Humber Heritage Trail where she can have lovely zoomies along the trail, run up and down the banks of the trail and then go "surf" through the tall grasses that grow on what is the Humber flood plain. I must get a video of her but I end up laughing so much :oops::D

    No - but I do!

My favourite place is a reservoir where, right at the end of a muddy walk, they can have a swim and get clean!

Tatze adores her walks - but if they also involve her friend, Zaba, she's ecstatic! The place in unimportant :)

Harley has 4 favourite places - Blaise Castle as there are lots of woods and a stream, forty acres as there is a stream and lots of fields, Bradley Stoke woods and going to her (boy)friends house (Benson)

the sofa seems to be favourite place, walking they don't seem to mind, but when they get to the sea they go crazy. They smell it and become alert then run into it when we get there. Even the old dog when he could still move freely would tuck his tail and gallop into it. Rory expresion when he first saw the sea was amazing and Midge whos feeling her years now becames a pup again when she gets close to the sea.

Pongo knows the name of all our regular walks, and although he gets madly excited about all of them, the favourite is definitely "Penhow Woods". We now have to refer to it as PHW or he starts bouncing off the walls before we are ready to leave.
Why does he love it? You'd have to ask him.... I think it is LOTS of smells and sniffs and trees and some fields to run in and sometimes he meets his friend Inca there....

My two love anywhere new, and anywhere with large bodies of water to swim in. They seem to really enjoy whenever we go to lower altitude - they runrunrunrunrun!

hmmm....well, Charlie is a whiner, so that's not much indication of his favourite place because he'll whine at the drop of a hat! I'd say he is pretty enthusiastic to go any where, really. He loves the beach. He also loves the Common, the woods, the fields....

I suppose I'd have to say the gundog training field is his absolute favourite place, not even the Treat and Train machine gunning out treats for quiet will stop him going quite nuts with excitement when we pull up there.
