Sam , braveheart that he is ( not : ) has always growled at animals on the television which, given his daft nature, is rather ludicrous really . However, he has now decided to watch my laptop screen when he is laying next to me on the sofa and as I am often looking at dog orientated websites , he lays there growling at photos of dogs If I play a video, such as the ones of Heidruns dogs , he is all eyes and ears , glued to the screen and growling everso gently , and yet he is the most non confrontational dog ever, silly boy

I just love Sam My two are the same, I couldn't have the sound up when I was watching that brilliant Africa series, as they would bark a fair bit if I did, even with sound off a couple of times they both had their noses pressed against the TV screen! and yes Heidrun's whistle causes great excitement in our household too....!
Re: And for my next trick ! We are a 2 lab household just now, and Sophie was watching a pet rescue thing on the TV yesterday afternoon with barking dogs. I kid you not, the neighbors were just as well away, as the barking coming from my back room was enough to deafen you - I am sure they would have been round otherwise, sounded like we had intruders! Lilly is usually a pretty quiet soul - apart from any unexpected visitors. Every few mins there was another round of barking - and of course Lilly joined in : Bring back Heidrun's whistling videos. jac
