[IMG]Bella eats her new memory foam bed :( by Claudia Moss, on Flickr

Well the memory foam bed didn't last long :( Had to go away for a while....im hoping she will be better with it as she gets older!!!

She has also got a new robe for after hydro!! :)

She had her first run off lead and loved it!!! She was so tried afterwards and it was only 15 mins :)

Now to tackle the issues I have now encountered - she now attempts to jump up at people, bikes, runners when we walk past them on walks. Never used to !!! Also if I put her in another room when have guests or if I'm on the phone she barks!!! She also barks a lot at me for attention, although that's steadily improving with exercise....HELP ME>>>>>

Oh bless her heart , I would even forgive the bed situation after what she has been through, and I love her coat :) I can only imagine what that first run must have been like for Bella , I`m sure that the behavioural issues are most likely borne of frustration . Gently take her back to basics with loads of treats and praise for getting it right :)

I'm with Kate, back to basics on walks with lots of lovely treats. It's easy to forget that the recovery plan should include those first weeks out and about on walks again after being so restricted. Bella will soon overcome the recent excitement and be back on track.
    Shame about the bed :(

Once she returns to full exercise (take it slowly!) things will very much improve, you'll see. It's tough being a young dog and not allowed to run. Do lots of training too! But actually getting some proper exercise works wonders...

Oh dear shame about the bed but who cares Bella is getting better and she looks gorgeous in her towel :) I'm so glad things are going so well, onwards and upwards but slowly xxx

I'm sure she will get back to normal behaviour-wise once she is back to regular exercise, as long as you keep up the training so she remembers what she's supposed to do. She is looking really good! The end is definitely in sight!!
