@sdegg .... hi! I'm really interested in the doggy massage. Any tips? I have an 8 week old lab pup. He loves cuddles so I think he'd really like this one to one attention for calming and soothing. Would really appreciate it!

Arnie has just become that naughty puppy in the evening. He is running around getting into everything he shouldn't. I just gave him a kong and put him in the crate and he got well excited for it. A short reprieve I am sure

I think expecting a puppy to be quiet all evening is hoping for too much. they are young and full of energy, to me it makes sense they won't be quiet from 5pm-7am.

I wouldn't push any more leash walking and it sounds like you are addressing mental stimulation. I would increase free play, offleash running around (and one session in the evening before you can sit down).

My dogs are older and afterwork I spend almost two hours on walks/running around for exercise then do mental work later in the evening. yes I am tired from a day at work but it's "their time". I generally get about an hour between training and bedtime to relax/get things done (and about an hour between exercise and training to get supper ready/do things that need to be done).
