Dexter has one of these Kong wobblers, he loves it. I only put a little kibble at a time in it as it works better and rights itself, too much and it stays laying down. I'm not saying that's why your one isn't righting itself as it may be the grass and also Dexter is much bigger than Bear and knocks his toy around with more gusto. They are brilliant aren't they.
