So the latest thing the monsters are eating is their vetbed mats  Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to take them away as obviously concerned about digestion. Has anyone found a bedding that's more durable than vetbed ?!! or has anyone tried spraying Grannicks round the edges? (I'm already using Grannicks on furniture & they don't like it :D)

Can you get rid of edges? So that's something like standing a pen on the bedding so the edges are outside of the pen. Or tucking vet bed round something so all the edges are well underneath. It might not work, but for my dog the edge of anything was like a neon "CHEW ME!" sign....

That might work at night when they're obviously more settled, I'll see what I can tuck in...

That's what we did with our last pup who ate 5 beds and vetbed. OH cut a piece of ply the size of his crate and covered it with vet bed, he couldn't get an edge and it worked a treat! We do have a bit of vetbed on our couch between OH and me for Baxter. Yesterday i was busy upstairs, i left him with a kong so I could get on, came down to this!! Guess I was too long lol.. just glad it wasn't my suite

It wouldn't have been so bad if it had been the edge I could have cut it off! Yes this is dead centre... can't miss it!
