So... I have nose prints on the glass doors, (including the oven door-he hasn't gone back to that one, as it was on at the time), little paw prints on the floors and I've lost count of the puppy wee I've cleaned up! If it were an Olympic event I'd get the gold medal! I have learnt that everything, and I mean everything, is edible unless proven otherwise, and even then Bailey, being an equal opportunity dog, gives it a few more chances. We have "distressed look"chair and table legs and I'm pretty sure they weren't when we bought them. Bailey managed to get out of our 'secure' yard this morning. As I was running through the house to go look for him I heard someone at the front door-it was Bailey-he had knocked on the screen and was waiting on the mat for me to let him in! I aged many years in that short time! Bailey has brought so much to our family in a few short weeks. Being Labrador owners again is wonderful. He has given us back something we didn't know we had lost. Our home may be messier, but it doesn't matter. He asks for so little in return for the love and laughter he freely gives. This was him a couple of days ago. Tired out from a busy day. He starts puppy school tomorrow so I hope he won't forget all the training we have done at home. I'm ready for him to do exactly that! Fingers crossed!
I too have a Bailey, who tomorrow reaches the grand old age of 12 weeks. I am so glad your cutie brings you so much joy. Beautiful picture of a gorgeous little boy
