She is just gorgeous an clever and you have done such a great job again making sure she is able to progress to big school.
Ah Mags,I hate this bit so it must be so hard for you ,but off she will go to be a wonderful assistant and companion for someone and that's a lot down to you x
Well done, Mags. I hope Twiglet will follow Gypsy in giving freedom to her new owner. You've done a great job!
Mags, we're going to miss her as well She looks so grown up as she leaves you for Big School, but although you must be very sad, be proud to have two puppies nw having gone to Big School to fulfill their destiny. Will you get updates as you did with Gypsy? It will be lovely to see her progress through her training. xx
I am sorry, but I feel sad for Twiglet, she has to leave all she has known. Maybe it is because I was sent of to boarding school aged 7 and never really got over it for years. Not my parents' fault, Mother became ill, Father in the army.
Yes, I have heard from her boarder already, she's settled in really well. Even better, her boarder is a member of staff at the School! She fell for her trainer as soon as she met him, all the time they were here (two hours) she sat on his feet! ...
You know Mags, Twiglet's eyes are looking right into your soul in that photo..... Beautiful girl. Beautiful job she is training to do. Beautiful training job. Well done Mags x
That's good news. Not only is she a real beauty, she is a confident, happy girl. Mags, You are one awesome trainer
Twiglet looks so grown up. Good luck at Big School, Twiglet! Well done, Mags. No doubt Tatze is enjoying some extra cuddles!
She lives with her boarder, evenings and weekends. During the day she's in the office with her trainer or out working or playing with him. The day starts at 8am when the dogs arrive at school and trainers groom the dogs, Twiglet's trainer tells me he grooms with his fingers as this forms a quicker bond. The rest of the day today will be spent in play times with her trainer in a large, fenced field, rest times and lead walking - no 'formal' training for the first few days. The first part of her harness will be gradually introduced (at meal times only at first) in a week or so. ..
