Bear was laying on the mat today waking from a snooze, still too sleepy to be bothered to get a toy, but awake enough to want to play with something. He saw the sunlight hitting the mat in a small section through the crack in the curtain, and being lazy he crawled his way over with his front legs, letting his back legs stretch out behind him. Once he had arrived, the mysterious thing disappeared, so being lazy, he turned to his side to rest up from the incredibly strenuous excercise of crawling that foot:). This thing was sneaky, as it returned as soon as he put his head down, but also very fast, as it disappeared as soon as he raised his head to grab it off the mat:D.

Eventually he gave up after barking at it a few times, but I'm sure he will be back to deal with this mysterious bright rectangle in the future, just like that dog that shows up first thing in the morning inside the glass display cabinet, only to disappear after a while before returning again the next morning;).

I love watching puppies work out the world
