Convicted yesterday of the theft of an entire piece of Brie. Sentenced to no supper or treats that night. Punishment continued into next day when the perpetrator of said act had much problems with the pooping. Now resting but not contrite. ;D We had a barbecue yesterday with muggins here out in the pouring rain burning the meat as standard practice. Well I was actually under a gazebo well set up with my Planter's chair, radio and beers. 8) We had some of our family and some old friends all with their children, wives, husbands, and 3 grandchildren (not all ours), so a pretty full house. All went well and Lady was very good and it was the first time she had been required to endure doggy grandchildren aged 2, 3 and 4 who made a fuss of her and tried to play with her, poke her, pat her, climb on her etc. All the usual stuff, and she endured it all without as much as the hint of any impatience or any open mouths. She did hide under the dining table after a while though. Very pleased with her. The brie incident happened when we were tidying up after they had all gone. OH left the cheeseboard on the kitchen table for just a second and she was in and off in a flash. Doh! Oh well - an area of training where we (mainly me) have failed. ;D
