So is there anyone else out there that encountered their puppy being able to open their crate from the inside?
Millie learned how to do that today by using her tongue along with shaking the crate door etc :( I got a very sturdy one with good latches I will have to add (I wanted one that wouldn't open so easy).
Oh well, I turned the crate around for the night with the doors against the walls to confuse her.

What a clever dog! Hopefully she won't go giving any ideas to the other pups of the forum. Poor Millie is going to be so confused when she tries to open it tonight heh.

My Clumber will bust out of a crate given half a chance. He goes for the brute force approach though nothing so subtle!!!

Annie didn't need to, Fred would let her out.

At least I'm not alone with this "problem" then. I turn the crate around so the gates is at the wall, Millie is still confused about this and hopefully she will be for a while .. Keeping my fingers crossed! I wouldn't care so much unless it was for that she goes and open the door to the room I keep the kitten we found in the ditch in for the night/naps in without getting abused from Millie and my daughter.

Could you not put the kitten in the crate?
