I have a two year old Clumber who gets the zoomies from time to time which in turn excites the six year old cocker so much that he needs to join in. That's enough to make anyone nervous.:)

This afternoon took my boy to my sisters house to play with her Lab boy (who is 10 weeks older than Bailey). Both are getting to be rather large. We had joint zoomies while wrestling with each other  Now the proud owner of two bruised toes and several scratches on the top of my feet...next time I will get my feet up faster! :D

Love it! Coco does huge circles through the pine trees and muddy ditches, round and round. I'm sure he's grinning when he does it. Zzzoooooommm !

Lol! I used to get so nervous when Axel would get zoomies as a young puppy as he would nip me in the butt every time he was close to me. Now I love it and encourage it:tail::clap:

From the Brian Kilcommons and Sara Wilcox book, "Good Owners, Great Dogs" I first called it a FRAP, for Frenetic Random Activity Period. I like ZOOMIES better. :)
