Hi my chocolate lab is 10 months old. When she greets everyone and every animal she doesn't only sniff the rear ends and private areas she rams her nose in those spots.
How do I break this habit?

    Welcome to the forum :)

To start with I'd just work on getting her to greet humans in a more socially acceptable way. The easiest thing to do would be to train her to sit automatically when she meets people and to reward this very heavily with treats. I'll give you a link to an article about how to train this. The article is actually about not training your dog to jump up, but the solution is the same (teach a 'sit' instead).

Scroll down to where you get to the bit titled 'How to train a dog never to jump up' and work through the instructions for teaching a sit (mentally substituting 'sticking nose where it's not wanted' for 'jumping up'). Hope that is helpful.

Thank you she jumps up also so it's two birds and one stone.
