Anyway...the lump on her eye just went away after a couple of days. On the third day, I went to put the eye drops on and couldn't find anything to put them on! It had just gone.... Today she has a lump below her eye but I think it's a mosquito bite (we are suffering badly from mosquitos here, the unusually warm weather in London plus the garden irrigation system means we have all been bitten). I'm going to give this one a day or so, and see....just to avoid the vet rolling his eyes (I did take Charlie to the vet for a mosquito bite on his boy bits, and I swear my vet has never forgotten it...).
Rourke does get swellings around his eyes from mosquito bites, they usually go down by the next day without any treatment. Though I suppose Piriton could help.
