You must feel so relaxed now! :)

The first evening after Snowie went to doggy daycare I called the daycare owner in a panic: What did you do to him??? Did a dog injure his eyes??

He was so exhausted that his eyes looked like they were rolling into the back of his head and the bottom lids were so red and droopy. And when he walked around he was like a zombie. I thought he was ill cos I'd never seen him so tired.

The daycare owner said he did not stop playing the entire day. In fact, for the rest of his time there, she had to force him to rest by taking him out of the pen and to a private space at intervals in the day -- he wouldn't let other resting dogs stay resting! She did have crates in the pen so that those dogs that did need their own space could go into the crates and then she'd close the door to give them some peace.

Yeah it's been really good having him there and today was his second day. He's knackered. But he developed this wet red hot spot, in a different part than the tiny one I found the other day. I'll have to take him to the vet tomorrow. It's not the day cares fault, but it's still annoying. If it's not one thing it's another

Sorry to hear about the hotspots. They are best nipped in the bud otherwise they can get bigger. Best of luck!
