That's too funny... and now I can see the Newfie in him, too. On your photos I could only see 100% lab. He looks HUGE! :)

    Hee Hee!
Lilly also loves a good hunt......goes ballistic at buzzing bluebottles in the house - they drive her nuts!

    Simba is very handsome ;)

He's such a goof....I had mentioned in a previous post that wasps had made an underground nest by my gate - he's obviously developed a love/hate relationship with them. He will stand there for quite some time....he just watches them go IN, but when they come OUT....look out!

Can't imagine why he wants to eat them - I know he's been stung at least once, hence his reaction to them. But he keeps going back for more....

Karen, yes, he is a tad on the large size, isn't he? ::) Not sure what he weighs now but he was about 60lbs when he was weighed in the spring....I don't think he's going to get any taller, but he might fill out a bit yet....ack.....

Gosh yes he is huge! He's brave too - anything buzzing sends one of mine into a complete panic, shoots off to hide somewhere - it has been a difficult summer for her.....

Somehow I missed that Simba had Newfie in him...have been sat here, a gibbering wreak, muttering not ALL choc labs are that big, surely...no, Charlie can't get that big...can he?

Ha ha Julie that's funny!!! ;D

His nose definitely comes up to table level....hence the issue with table surfing.... ::) But he hasn't been able to get away with that since we've been home, thankfully. .

Hmm....think I need a video-cam around here...say, round about the time I was literally dragging him outside with the leash due to me having to leave quickly and I wanted him outside and he only goes outside when HE wants... due to the fact that when I had left him inside during a previous quick errand I came back to garbage strewn around..... ::) ::) :(
