Hello from New Jersey!

He's a very handsome boy. Congratulations on the graduation!

 

So we went to the dog park today. First time. I was really apprehensive about taking him in. I figured we'd hang outside and walk the perimeter and let him get used to it. But it was surrounded by woods and there was no way we can walk around. The other dogs look pretty cool inside so I took him in. He started sniffing when he went in, and as the first dog saw him they all crowded him. There was Charlie, a black lab, and he seemed very aggressive to Sparky knockin him over and growling and barking at him. The owner peeled him off and we moved to the other part of the park. Charlie followed as Sparky was meeting some other dogs. Charlie ended up "protecting" Sparky from the other dogs. After the initial meet and greet, all the dogs and Sparky had a great old time running around!

 

Silly boy. He's been around so many dogs barking and growling at him and he's been very quiet. We meet another neighbor with a small poodle/shih tzu puppy barking (yelping really) and Sparky lets out his first boisterous bark!
