Good Morning All, I've not been about to much in the passed week as work & Charlie have kept me busy, especially the latter ??? Well Charlie is doing so well & has truly settled in & found his feet. He is just so adorable & fun to have around even when he's up to know good Training progress: It's going really well & Charlie sits without command. He can now lay down, roll onto his back, sit up when asked & he has just started to give a paw ;D Toilet training: Over the moon as he always goes outside for No 2's. Even weeing he heads off to the garden. Just the odd accident in the house but i can count those on one hand & 2 of them where my fault for not letting him out straight away Socialising: Charlie is doing well & we have had lots of visitors...he just loves meeting & playing with new friends. He has even been introduced to our family Dachshunds & that went incredibly well which is great news as we dog sit the Dach's. So at some point in time i will be walking 3 : : He's eating like a horse & growing at a rapid rate which i'm pleased about. The only only downside well not for me or Charlie, is the garden. Charlie loves to help Mum when she's not looking!!! ;D He does the weeding & digging. If he doesn't like a plant he just uproots it & throws it to one side...haven't shown him how to re-plant them yet!! ;D ;D ;D He has also taken a keen interest in tasting things...he loves fresh coriander & basil straight from the plant...his breath is amazing : All in all a fantastic couple of weeks...next week is the big one for us both. Charlie has his final Jab & gets micro-chipped then we are off out into the unknown.... ;D ;D ;D ;D can't wait ;D ;D : Have a great Sunday everyone...hope the sun shines wherever you are
Re: Charlies progress!! Lovely update - so good read about your joy with your new pup. Ah, the garden, yes. I used to have a lovely collection of geraniums and lavenders. Charlie can kill a young lavender plant by even thinking about a pee...
Re: Charlies progress!! ;D Lovely things are going well. Yes, the garden. ......we used to have planted pots. To be fair, we probably could again now Lilly is 3+. Must put that back on next year's garden to-do list :

Re: Charlies progress!! Ah he's a brilliant puppy and he's learned lots and is clearly comfortable in his horticultural role!we have had to refit the irrigation system...digging it up was a full time job for conscientious Dexter ;D
