    I think the video would be quite hilarious! Can you imagine, my totally unruly hooligan labrador (as he showed himself to be on the beach this morning :() among all the smart yoga girls with their lap dogs...

    On second thoughts....maybe I'll give it a miss...

    Our woodland walk this morning it was like deer central ::)
    Lilly has been well exercised anyway.....

    If I do any yoga poses Bess thinks it is an invitation to come and sit on me/ jump all over me. Great fun but not much yoga goes on.
