Well, yesterday was really special! We went for a walk to my second-favourite place and it had LOTS of sniffysmells, then we came home and the FOOD started! Mum and dad said that this was their littlekrissmuss, and that bigkrissmuss is in a few days time when all my hooman sisters and their big and small people are going to visit. So I don't know what that will be like, but littlekrissmuss was WONDERFUL because mum and dad had their favouritefood all day and I had to help them with nearly EVERYTHING. So I had bits of:
    seared scallops
    scrambled duck egg
    tuna steak
    ribeye steak
    yoghurt
    different cheeses
    AND my own kibble!

And I helped them with all the paper and boxes and ripped everything up into tiny little pieces. And one of the bits of paper had a JUMBONECHEW in it and that was all for me!!!! And I ranandranandranandranandran in circles round the house with it because it was very exciting and mum said I neerlihadthetreeoverthen and they both larfed a lot.

And I watched the boxy thing with mum and we saw something that she called doktorhoo and she was very happy and I fell asleep.

So that was yesterday. My tummy felt very good. I wonder what bigkrissmuss will be like?

Oh wow, Pongo, that sounds an excellent feast. I wonder what scallops taste like? I'm looking forward to what mum says will be yesterdaysleftovers today.

I wore my best 'gentle-eyed' look yesterday and even managed to lie down sensibly under the table when my humans were playing games yesterday evening. It's no good being five if you don't learn to be cunning. TTC was her usual wide-eyed, 'me too, me too, me too' self, but I made sure she didn't get my delicious liver-and-treats Kong! She's just been to check the Christmas tree, but she says there aren't any more presents hiding there. :(
We had a lovely day and we've been promised a special walk today - I can't wait. :doug:

My hooman Nanny and Grandad bought me a lovely water bowl for Christmas. It's going to stay at their house so that it's always there for me. They also bought me a couple of toys but I already chewed them up so I can't show you

I had a bwill day! I went out wiv evewyone and we had Salmon for tweets! Then we helped Mum in the kitchen and then I got loads of woast duck!

I did something so funny to make evewyone laugh! I pinched all the labels off the pwesents under the twee! I meant to mix them up and put them back but that was too difficult so I just chewed them up instead! Mum thought it was gweat! She said "bloody mawvellous Betsy"!

Then I got my pwesents! They were fab! Tweets and Toys! Charlie liked the ball I got him! Evewybody got him balls! He seemed very happy about that!

I cannot believe what I saw this morning. The Big Farmer Man was driving his tractor around the field - and there was poo flying out of the back. Everywhere. You've never smelled anything so delicious. I wanted to run after it, I really did, I wanted to roll in it, eat it, sniff it. Mum said it was "muck spreading", but it smelled like THE MOST DELICIOUS poo to me. And when I go in the garden, the smell is there - it's amazing - even better than yesterday's dinner.

Oh Coco, it's great isn't it? That happens a LOT here and the field is right up next to our house, it is so close that sometimes the flying poo lands in our garden! Mum never seems very happy about that, especially when she has hung up their wet furs on the rope outside (she calls it dooinglawndree). But the flying poo smells very good.

Crissmasday was different this year. We didn't see Annie and we didn't see an indoors tree. BUT, we got loads of fab stuff! I had so much fun ripping paper, I think that was the best bit.

Shadow is stupid. There was loads of lovely tasty stuff. That was the best bit. Sometimes the tasty stuff was inside the paper stuff. I let him and Mum do the ripping. It was a bit beneath me. I have staff for that sort of nonsense.

Ohmygosh chrissmass is the best! I got so many toys yesterday that I ran in circles because I couldn't decide what to play with first! My favourite is one that is like a real squirrel, but I accidentally tore him up already :( I played a new game with all my human family...they were slipping down a hill reeeal fast on things and I chased and chased with my dog cousins. It was so fun but I'm dead tired now. I've been trying my hardest not to sleep because all these new humans keep giving me delicious turkey! Chrissmass is the greatest.

Yesterday was sooooooo much fun. In the morning we had our presents......I got LOADS, but mum took 4 away before I could open them as she said I would want to eat it all and I wasn't allowed! I did get a tripe bone though and it way YUMMY. Then we had dinner - I don't usually have dinner but mum gave me a tiny breakfast so said I was allowed a Christmas dinner - it was great, I want Christmas dinner every day. After dinner mum fell asleep, she's been really poorly :(, so dad and my Hooman sister took me out for a walk :). Last night we went yo my Hooman Nan's house - I liked my Poppy's face all over lots and lots and lots of times - if I do this he always gives me treats :D. I git fussed by lots of people and mum said I was really good because my Poppy's mum was there and she's REALLY old and I was gentle and put my head on her lap and she rubbed my ears and told me I was gorgeous :)
It was really late when we got home and I was sooooooo tired that dad had to carry me to bed coz I was sooooooo tired.
Today has been quiet - I went for a walk with mum and my Hooman sister to the shops and got sausage treats walking home coz mum says I walk nicely and she wanted to reward me.....(if you all pull lots on some walks you get extra treats for walking nicely :D). I'm now off for a snooze coz mum said I've got more presents later

Flying poo? Wow. I can't imagine how wonderful that must be. It must be one of the tree-day rituals that hoomans do.

What was her tone of voice Betsy when she said 'bloody mawvellous' :) Our Mum has been really mean, hasn't bought us a thing, but we have had scrummy things to eat.

I got a squeaky ball for a present yesterday. I squeaked and squeaked it & I chased it, fetched it & I squeaked it more. It doesn't squeak any more, it goes "pfffff pfffff pfffff", but it's still brilliant, you can still chase & fetch it.

We just saw a man pretending to be a boy crash is drone in a tree. It was buzzy like an annoying insect then smush straight into a tree. Ging nearly wee'd on the park she was laughing so much. I just wanted to crunch it with my teeth. all the dog people laughed the manchild couldn't make it buzzy again, but I still couldn't go off my lead incase I did crunch it. I wanted to play with my ball, stupid buzzy thing. Even I could see it was too blowy for buzzy thing's
