Oh Dear! We've been away two weekends in a row and Lady has been in kennels and I don't know how to say this but I'm a FAILURE! Just weighed her in at 31.1kg.

I was actually surprised at that as he waste-line is much more pronounced and running my fingers down her ribs all feels much firmer and the ribs more pronounced.

It's either the kennels or the scales! I expect I'll be getting flack from the SBD on the Random Hoomans thread now as well.

Eeeeee Not what you wanted, but do you think she's built some muscle? I know she's active anyway but I bet she will definately have been on the move more with doggie company around her....Muscle weighs more than fat.....a comforting mantra of mine when my scales don't reflect the effort that's gone in  I know you need to be careful with her for her joints but how often have we said 'go on what they look like' ...Bet she looks smug if she's charmed treats out of her carers while you've been away !

    Hi Guys,

    Yes - same scales.

I'll take a photo from above and from the side tomorrow morning when we are out walking and you can see what you think about her shape. I think she's got tucks in the right places but is carrying a bit of excess.
