Knobbly, wrinkled puppy tail!!

Nelly is nearly 4 months old and is long legged and lanky and really starting to look grown up. However, one part of her doesn't seem to be growing with her! Her tail is still quite short and looks like it has little knots or knobbly bots all the way down and almost looks wrinkly. It's been like that since we got her at 8 weeks. It's just very strange that it hasn't thinned out or got longer and fluffier like all her other Labrador friends. Is this a thing?! This is the best picture I have of her tail!

 

Mollie is the same!

The usual Lab back 'waves' have moved down to her tail!

Plum's pretty much the same, not so much knotty but wavy, totally different from her coat. I love it!

 

Ok so I think it's pretty normal then!
