Finn On A Hike

Finn has been a great hiking buddy ever since he's had all his shots. I take him on shorter trips through different trails we have here in So Cal. Just love this photo I got of him this afternoon exploring one of the neighborhood canyons, so I had to share. Showing off his long tail! 5.5 months old. I prefer him off leash rather than on, still working on pulling and all the other assorted leash behaviors

He does seem to be a little slower if he finds something interesting, but he's still fairly good. Totally anticipating that that might change though! Hah

Thanks guys Yeah it varies around here. Usually there are only small pockets of green scattered among more desert-like landscapes here in the sub-Los Angeles region, depending on where you are. We've had a HUGE amount of rain this winter, well above average, so we are definitely enjoying how extra green it is right now. Everything is blooming.

 

Very nice! I cant wait for the weather to clear so I can get out on some hikes with my pup.
