I got to go to the pub today. We sat in the sunshine and I wagged my tail at everyone. They fussed me and said how handsome I was.

Then I got some of mummy's steak and chips!

Now we're home and I'm so so tired. Zzzzz

Oh, Stanley the pub is the BEST! Mum and Dad took me and I met SOMANYPEOPLE! And a MALLEEMOOT called Buddy who is seven. Can you imagine being SEVEN?! YEARS, not months!! He's ANCIENT but he played with me and he had the most amazing tail ever, it was bigger than me!! Then I fell asleep in the pub which I didn't want to do, but Mum said it's OK because Dad sometimes does that, too.

I've just been to my nanny and Poppy's house for a barbecue......it was great. I had a small sausage (everyone else got big ones but mummy said I couldn't!, a burgur, STEAK that poppy cooked rare just for me and I also had boiled eggs and a raw chicken wing. My nanny used to be scared of me, but today she even gave me some of her burgur so I was really really gentle taking it for her. I love my nanny and poppy

I've been to a barbacoo before when I was just a young pup, it was amazinggg, so many smells and food.

I met the Easter Bunny today... I made sure he knew who was boss... me, and only me. I wasn't going to be fooled by his big grin, I knew he was up to no good. I tried to protect Mom but I was too scared to get too close to it just incase. But then Mom brought out the treats and I had to get closer, I just couldn't resist the chicken. The bunny ended up being alright, I guess.

Mom got some pictures but is all embarrassed because she wasn't ready for the pictures to be taken so she 'fixed' the photo. Silly Mom.

    Get well soon Shadow,.

Mummy said yesterday was the best day of her life and not to tell daddy as he thinks it's the day they got married. :D. We went on the group walk organised by our dog trainer. It was fun fun fun, 26 hoomans all with their dogs. I ran and ran and ran, :tail: we played in water and I went exploring to find mud. I was so very very happy it was super hot so I had a frozen kong when I got home.

Guys! It's something called my birthday today. I don't really know what that means BUT it's the best day ever!

I got cards and toys and chews and a new bowl! And there was balloons for me to pop in the garden!

Then I got a cake.. just for me! Mummy wouldn't let me eat it all though :(

Then we went to the beach and there was loads of other dogs to say hello to and I chased birds and my ball. But then I picked up a rabbit foot and mummy was shouting LEAVE IT and I wouldn't. Then she grabbed me and daddy prised my jaws open  he's very strong so I had to drop it and I wanted to eat it.

But then I got an ice cream and they didn't take bank cards so only I got one :chuckle:

Then I helped daddy dig in the garden and had cuddles with mummy.

It's really been the best day, but I'm tired now.

I had a great morning with dad. We went to the oldstashun and had a walk along the river. I had a few dips in the river, but it was very fast so I didn't swim. It was nice and cool.

We then went into the woods and up to this big rock called devilspulpit. We met lots of people and dogs. The people were very clever because they all said I was beautiful. I couldn't understand two of the people as they spoke forun, but they patted me very nicely.

We walked through the woods and back across some fields. to the oldstashun. I was ready for a snack so I looked at dad when we got to the cafe. He can be quite smart sometimes as he went in and got a coffee. I'm not allowed to tgell mum, but he also got a scon with cream and jam and shared it with me. It was delishus!

I was just about ready to go home when this nice man with two dogs at the next table come over to make a fuss of me. He gave me a whole bonio as a treat!

when I got home I pretended that I was still hungry so mum shared her gingernut with me.
