You don't have to at all if you don't want to. My adults are two and a half and still have three meals a day. It breaks up their day a little bit more. I work from home, so it suits us all. If you do want to go down to two meals, I'd wait until she's six months and then phase the lunch meal out over time, by gradually reducing the amount and increasing the other two meals.
