I just bought the Naughty but Nice games DVD. The online course was too pricey for me but I will try out the DVD. Has anyone ever worked with these people directly?

The addictive thing is that once you buy a course (listed for EUR200 but discounted to EUR10), about once per week you'll get an email from the same website to buy any course for EUR10. That's why I say addictive, because each time that email pops up in my inbox I think, "Oh, I'll just get that other one I was looking at." Good marketing on their part!

Do you mean Sirius/Ian Dunbar? He's located in the SF Bay Area where I'm from and has been running puppy classes for eons. I took a friend's dog before I had a dog of my own, then both of my Rotties went through the whole series. I absolutely loved them. It wasn't Dunbar who taught the course (the curriculum is his, but different trainers in different areas of SF Bay Area) but still hands-down the best trainer I have had. And I've had a LOT of trainers.

I've just ordered the Naughty but Nice Leash off Game on too. Currently waiting for download version - tick tick tick. Not worked with them personally, but I find their videos watchable - they're a very enthusiastic pair, and that'c contagious.

Emily, no it is a UK couple and they work specifically with reactive dogs. (half the lab population!) Honestly they are a bit hyper and I find that it makes me nervous to watch them. Good stuff though.
Edzbird, I ordered the Off Leash DVD too, but I paid for the additional training DVD which also was an instant download. The off leash games is not a download. What do you make of them?

I haven't worked directly with them but know owners who have worked with them. I'very had a look at the course and followed some of their videis but my impression overall is that there is nothing really new I what they are doing - just what many modern trainers offer as standard but wIthouthe the d lightly annoying over enthusiasm :). At the end of the day you pay your money and make your own choices :)

Another offer fell into my inbox through Abosolute dogs ... free DVD, however you do pay for shipping @£5.95.

This video by Absolute dogs comprises of a series of 10 x 3 minute games to play off lead with your dog called leash off game on! Similar to the naughty but nice? DVD (odd title..)

There is an option to add a DVD for reactive/barking dogs at around the £25 mark.

Absolute dogs is run by Tom and Lauren, both well known in dog sports circles, especially Lauren with her agility dogs. I do like their stuff, good ideas and sound bites you can just dip in and out off when looking for a bit of inspiration.
Unbearably happy and cheerful couple though, they make my attempts at fun training quite dour in comparison,

I just got conned into buying this, too - although I drew the line at the £25 add-on :)

Aren't they just?! I want a bit of what they're taking :dancesheep:

I meant "conned" in the best possible way - the email was just so full of marketing hype that it made me wince. Then the promo of the second video, even though I thought it might be very useful, I walked away out of principle, because I hate those sorts of hard-selling methods. I'll have a look through the first and see if I think the reactivity one would be of use :)

I loved the Leash Off Game On video - I must admit I enjoy this pair. OH was doing demented listening to their voices as I was watching on my laptop, but I find their enthusiasm infectious.

Many thanks @Beanwood , I have just ordered the Leash Off Game On DVD, I think it's just what I need for Cassie right now.

Yes very enthusiastic couple, but quite endearing in a way .
