HI there. mY 14 week old puppy (woody) is doing great but when we are leaving the house to go out we get to the front door and he puts the breaks on. I have tried to lure him with treats and this does eventually work but its a slow process and i have no idea why. Its a similar thing when the walk is over and we get back to the car. He is fine once he is in the car. Any suggestions?
I think you will find this is a short-lived phase. My puppy did this for a while - she's 5 months now and has stopped it.
