Oh no chance of not persevering, he is my boy! I probably should post this question on a different thread and I will but I am thinking he needs a playmate. After this experience I am not sure what to do about that thought. When do you bring in a new dog and how does that work? I have this boy so do I get another boy or get a female or get my husband to hit me with a hammer so I forget this idea? Just kidding about the last part, sort of. He thinks I have lost my mind, as does my vet. Another puppy like this one, IDK but is it better if getting a second dog to get a puppy? I have had more than one dog at once many times but it just happened. Someone dumped one on me or it showed up. I have also had dogs that hated each other. This boy LOVES other dogs so that shouldn't be a problem but I want to avoid trouble if possible.
