Firstly, thanks to everyone who replied to my posts regarding the recent phantom pregnancy that Cassie went through, I'm happy to say that it's over now and I have my lovely sunny happy go lucky companion back. In terms of what is going on the world and Manchester in particular it's not very important, but I can tell you it was like living with a werewolf with PMT. It was so helpful to hear that others had had experience with their bitches. Secondly, the borrowmydoggy website, I can't remember which thread brought it to my attention, but I joined and have recently met a woman who lives in my local market town, whose Dad was a vet there and I'm hopeful it will lead to her being able to "borrow" my bouncy young Labrador from time to time. I would never have known about it if was not for this forum, so thank you.
