Hello again, I need help with coopers routine. He is 9 weeks now and the breeder from the beginning was feeding 3 times a day. He is great in the crate and gets let out twice during the day. When we get home he gets plenty of exercise but sleeps from 6-8 pm. Then bed at 10. But he is up at 4:30am starving. Should I move to a 4th feeding and make his dinner meal smaller? Everything is going ok but the bitting is probably the worse I've ever had with a puppy.. I am working on distraction when he starts biting the ankles with a treat

Yes is the short answer ! Most pups have four meals per day for the first four months, then drop to three until around 6 months of age , so I would definitely give four meals ,smaller amounts , but keeping that tummy topped up !

same here. the breeder had us doing 3x/meals a day and it was too late already to realize he should be 4x/day. 4 smaller meals are better anyway for solid poop.
