Getting worried now. Floras a week into a change of food. And stools are getting firmer. But I've just noticed that her first poop is fine she then moves over to do a more runnier poop and this bit has a cm bit of blood on it. Is it best to take her to the vets or is this because she's still getting used to the change

So sorry to hear. Struggling with similar with my own boy. Vet prescribed antibiotics, although he had liquid poo and "raspberry jam" poo (blood).

If you're worried, why not call the vet and ask if you should bring her in? My vet did mention that a change in food can cause bloody diarrhea.

Always best to at least phone vet for some advice when there is blood, could be nothing but could be something!

Get photos with you phone so you can show the vets if necessary . I know its horrid but its a good way to show your vet what's happening
