I noticed yesterday that our 10 month old chocolate lab has some grey hair on the back of her neck. Has anyone else experienced this? It is only a few, but she seems awfully young to have any of them. Thanks.

Cassie has one white hair between her shoulder blades, and quite a lot in the groin area, they appeared after her first moult.

Ella has a single white hair on the back of her neck too! She also has one on her belly and a tiny one on the top of her head but that one is on her scar from when a BC bit her as a puppy so I think that one's different.

I noticed about 3 or 4 single white hairs on Quinn's chin/neck area at around a year old.

I raisex this issue on here last year as my now almost 3 yo has a really greying muzzle. Then consensus was that like humans, dogs grey at different stages of their lives. Nothing to worry about.
